How Is My Coaching Uniquely Different?

I am a life coach first and foremost. I have several specialty areas on which I focus in my coaching practice that include: work/life balance, transition, stress reduction, mind-body, wellness and spiritual renewal. I focus on these specialty areas because I am passionate about coaching people who want to live healthier, more balanced and fulfilling lives.

Second, my coaching process combines coaching principles, change theory, mind-body practices and spiritual teachings. I believe that teaching both cognitive and mind-body principles help accelerate rapid learning and change.

Results You Can Expect from Coaching –

Get clear on what is out of balance in your life. It is impossible to chart a course of change until you are able to look honestly at whom you are today and what needs to be changed. What aspects of your life are out of balance?

Identify and eliminate what drains your energy. Do you know what drains your energy? Whether it is a disorganized office, a cluttered home or a friend who constantly complains? You can learn to eliminate these energy-drainers so you can maintain a vibrant level of energy.

 

3.

Get crystal clear on what you what from life. Take a moment and think about your own life. What would a fulfilling life look like for you? What is it you really want in your life? What would you have to change to get what you want?

 

4.

Set priorities and focus on what really matters. Decide what is really important to you and learn strategies to stay focused on achieving your goals.

 

5.

Re-align your internal and external values and desires. Are your internal beliefs and values incongruent with your current lifestyle? Are there aspects of your life such as your work, relationship or friends that do not support your values? Are you willing to make a change?

 

6.

Create a support network. Working with a coach gives you incredible support. Knowing you have someone behind you 100% of the time helps you take risks and move forward.

 

7.

Identify old patterns and beliefs that keep you blocked. If you intend to change your life you need to change your limiting beliefs and thoughts that prevent you from living the life you want.
