One-on-one coaching is a comprehensive lifestyle program involving individual 60-minute sessions via phone or in person three to four times a month. Sessions will focus on designing an action plan according to your specific issues, including steps to take and resources to explore from week to week. Exercises are orchestrated exclusively to support your unique success plan, and in each session we will discuss any challenges and accomplishments you have experienced.
Included with the sessions are:
- Unlimited e-mail support between sessions
- Access to Private Members area with articles and resources
- Monthly newsletter to keep you motivated and focused
Getting Started. Prior to our first session, I will email you a contract along with a life-balance, self-inquiry, and readiness-for-change assessment for you to complete. Together, we will review this information and clarify specific issues around which to develop a success plan —complete with attainable goals, action steps, and a system of accountability. At the end of every session you will have a specific action plan, including steps to take, things to think about and resources to explore before our meeting.

How Do I Pay for Coaching Services
Payment is due at the time of service. We offer a one-on-one coaching program that includes 3 sessions a month. We will bill you monthly on your credit card. This charge will recur monthly on the date of your initial purchase. New client forms include credit card authorization for reserving appointment times.
