And Sell The Circle Of Life ProgramCircleOfLife_Sm_Golden

Don’t you just love the Circle of Life Program? Imagine what your life would be like if you could teach this program to everyone at your company or in your city. You’re sold on its value, but how do you get others interested?

You may be dreading the idea that you might have to go out and sell the program to others. Whether they’re inside your company, or you’re wanting to create or build a coaching business, somehow, some way, you’ve got to let people know that you and the program exist.

It’s simply not true that if you build it they will come.

If you’re committed to taking what you’ve learned to market, you’ve got to learn how to market. But, if you’re like me, you want to market and sell in a way that is true to who you are. You don’t want to use hype or pushy sales tactics. You want to build your business with a high degree of integrity and honesty, and ensure that your life is in balance and your vision true as you market and sell The Circle of Life.

The Building Your Circle Of Life Coaching Practice Teleforum series is a six-week class that shows you exactly how to market yourself authentically. These powerful marketing concepts were developed with the idea that marketing isn’t about “getting” clients, but about giving clients what they need and want. How to Market and Sell
The Circle of Life Program

Session One: The Fundamentals of Authentic Marketing
Marketing isn’t simply a good thing to do. Marketing is essential to enlist and enroll others into your programs, to have them purchase your products, or even to get a group of people behind your ideas. In this session, we’ll define marketing; clarify the difference between marketing and sales; and we’ll review the basic principles of marketing. You’ll have an opportunity to create your personal vision for your business and learn how to do an effective SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis for your business. Then, you’ll be introduced to the Five P’s of Marketing, which will be covered in more detail in the following sessions. The Five P’s of marketing are: Positioning, Packaging, Promotion, Persuasion, and Performance.

Session Two: Positioning - Creating The Foundation For Success
If you’re going to market and sell a service, you have to know what marketing and to whom you’re marketing it. Sure, you’ve got great intentions and wonderful abilities, but if you can’t clearly articulate what you offer and how it will benefit others, it becomes no more than an interesting idea. In this session, you’ll begin to develop your “Core Marketing Message”, also known as your “Unique Selling Proposition”. In order to create your core message, you have to identify your target market (or niche), and get very specific about what you offer and the benefits it provides. We’ll work in depth on identifying your niche and creating your core marketing message so that your conversations with others leaves no doubt in their minds exactly what you can do for them. Positioning is the foundation upon which the rest of your marketing is built.

Session Three: Positioning & Packaging - Putting Your Strategy Into Words After a week of playing with your Core Marketing Message, we’ll spend some time fine-tuning the message and your marketing strategy. Once you have a good idea who you’re marketing to, and what you want to say, you have to find the best ways to say it. In this session, we’ll delve more deeply into the different ways you can convey your message: a web site, business card, or brochures are all tangible ways you package yourself. Until you have your packaging together, communicating your message to others will be difficult and time-consuming. Packaging takes the intangible positioning and makes it tangible. We’ll talk about how to clearly communicate your message, create interest in your prospective clients, and get them to take action in your direction.

Session Four: Promotion: Getting Highly Qualified Prospects Interested Once you know what you’re selling, and you have it clearly articulated verbally and in writing, you have to start getting the word out. People won’t knock down your door just because you think you’ve got the best thing since gummy bears. In this session, we’ll cover the dozens of ways that you can promote yourself and your business. Each has its advantages and disadvantages, so we’ll discuss which might be the best for you. Promotion is all about creating visibility and credibility. If they know you, and they trust you, they’ll be likely to do business with you. While packaging is about putting your core message into words, promotion is about getting the word out. We’ll talk about how to use workshops, presentations, teleforums (like this), and networking to become more visible.

Session Five: Persuasion and Performance - Selling Was Never So Easy Some people are great at putting out wonderful brochures, or even giving tremendous presentations to large audiences. But, there are two key things that have to happen after you become known and trusted. You have to artfully persuade people to spend their hard-earned money on your program or coaching services; and, then you have to perform. In this session, you’ll learn how to persuade, not by convincing anyone of the merits of your services, but by listening and focusing in on their needs and objectives. They basically sell themselves if you do a good job of listening and asking questions. Then, once you’ve got the sale, you have to deliver. This is where you provide what’s called your “value proposition.” You perform at such an outstanding level that they gladly refer others to you. In this session, we’ll also discuss the importance of developing a good referral system so that you can have a steady stream of clients.

Session Six: Putting It All Together
Now that you’ve got the basics of marketing, what do you do with it? You already know about the importance of setting clear goals, having a plan of action, and accountability. In this session, we’ll take our time pulling together all the pieces from the previous six weeks to ensure you leave the class with a clear action plan and the means to follow through with your actions. We’ll tie up any loose ends, answer any remaining questions, and set you off to build your highly successful business. I will provide you with information about additional resources that will help you to continue to develop your business over time.
