Joyce Dillon, RN, M.N., is a midlife expert, life and health coach and CEO of Healthy Living and Balance, a coaching, training and personal development company. For the past 15 years, Joyce has helped midlife women and men awaken to a healthier, more balanced, and spiritually connected life.

Joyce provides: coaching, group facilitation, teleconferences, retreats in Costa Rica and spas, monthly Boomer lifestyle teleconferences and speaking events. She also provides coaching to corporate executives on stress management and healthy living.

Joyce combines a Masters Degree of Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing Consultation and Education with twenty years of clinical experience and extensive training in coaching, mind-body medicine, meditation, energy medicine and transformational learning.

• BS Nursing- University of Kentucky and the Medical College of Georgia
• Currently starting her doctoral program for her PH.D in Transformative Learning & Change at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
• Fifteen years of diverse clinical experience including: clinical nurse specialist, health practitioner, and liaison/consultant in the mental health community
• Twenty years as a successful business owner who worked with major corporations and organizations such as Kellogg, Subaru, Protein Technology, and The Carter Presidential Center.
